Nestled within the green hills of
Tuscany, this country villa is a perfect place
for quiet and individual Tuscany vacations. It
is situated near the isle of Elba on the Italian
west coast. Far away from mass tourism it has
been built in the middle of vineyards and olive
groves. The estate consists of the main building,
the annex, the baker's oven (forno) and a variety
of fountains (pozzi).
Both sandy and cliff-lined beaches and large pine
forests can be found within a distance of 8 miles.
From the port of Piombino the isle of Elba can
be reached in less than an hour.
The surroundings
are perfect for walking, trekking, biking and
even horse riding. The country villa
is surrounded by many little towns and villages such as
San Gimignano and Volterra and other places of
cultural interest. The famous cities of Tuscany
Siena, Florence, Pisa and also Rome can be reached

country villa's ground floor consists of four
holiday apartments, each one suitable for 2-4
persons. On the first
floor, two more bigger flats are available,
suitable for 4-6 persons. All apartments are fully
furnished. A wonderful garden, surrounding the country villa, provides
a spectacular view over the green hills. The comfortable
atmosphere invites to spend the evenings at home.

of one rooms (ca. 30 mqs.) : including
a double bed, the bathroom, and a fully equipped
kitchen with dining table.

bigger apartments, all on first floor, consist
of three rooms (ca. 60 mqs.) : including
a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 2
bedrooms, a bathroom.
Complete
villa rental for groups
The
country villa provides in total 16 + 6 sleeps
and might be suitable for groups of persons up
to 20 people.
Additional arrangements such as a child's bed may be provided
on request.
