The villa on top of a hill is overlooking the coast along the Tuscany-Liguria border. Although it is only 10 km from the Versilia coast, it is located high enough at the foothills of the Apuan Alps to provide cool temperatures in summer, beautiful colors in autumn and heavily-scented flowers in spring.

Just down the road is the lovely hilltown of Camaiore ( Versilia ); Lucca (25 km) and Pisa (30 km) are close by. Day trips are easy to the fishing villages of Cinqueterre (65 km) and the mountains of the Apuan Alps or the entirely unknown hills of the Garfagnana, one of the parts of Tuscany that have escaped the attention of mass tourism and retained the authenticity of centuries past.

The villa is situated just 300 meters distant from the medieval hamlet of Peralta, far away from touristic crowds, and offers a wonderful opportunity to experience Tuscany not merely as a foreign holiday destination but getting in contact with the local people . The villa is furnished with a mixture of comfortable contemporary pieces and pretty antiques. The house has central heating throughout.

NEW ! there is a pool 4x8,5 meter and the possibility for internet connection.

Downstairs there's a double living room with three sofas (one of it is double bed sofa ), fireplace, card table and satellite TV and a modern kitchen with full stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and cookware.
