Villa Cardeto is a stylish Tuscan estate with a main house and a number of annexes; in all there is space easily for 22 or 24 persons. Beautiful located, the villa is well connected, fully self-contained and quiet. It is situated in the midst of a large park with old pines, cypresses and blooming flowers. The villa is located on a hill with a beautiful 360° panoramic view. It is comfortably furnished and ideal for a quiet vacation (throughout the year) or as a residence for excursions throughout this historic, artistic region. There is a swimming pool (18 x 8 me-ters) located on the fully enclosed property (about 3 hectares). It is surrounded by spacious terraces, a garden pavilion, a horoscope garden with blooming flowers, rose trestles, an olive grove and many sunny and shady spots in which to laze about. see more photos

There are 11 double rooms in the villa, 11 bathrooms, 4 nice drawing rooms, a bar room, an Internet-Point (with phone, computer, internet, fax etc.), dining room with a covered terrace, two kitchens, in all about 680 m2. The rooms are comfortably furnished, partially with antique furniture and beautiful wood-beam ceilings. The house has a number of antic fireplaces, the floors are old Tuscan terra-cotta. Because of its traditional construction and shady pines in front, the villa is pleasantly cool during the summer. The picturesque little medieval town of Anghiari is located just 2,5 km from the villa. It boasts a number of good restaurants, bars, banks and numerous shopping possibilities. Because of its fine accessibility, it is an excellent starting point for trips to Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Urbino, Trasimenian Lake or the Adriatic coast, all which are easily reached within an hour by car.
Nearby there are many possibilities for making sports: riding, bike, tennis and golf. The closest golf course is only about 6 km from the villa. Some other topclass dream courses are about 30 minutes away.
